If you are not fully satisfied with your artwork, you may return it within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund or replacement, as long as the artwork is still in mint condition. If you wish to return an artwork, simply send us a message by email before you send out the artwork well-packed back to the address of the artist. Please note that return shipping costs are on your side. We will notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned artwork. You should expect to receive your refund within thirty days of giving your package to the return shipper, however in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. Our return policy as well as our 100% money back guarantee is only valid for Europe and North America. Customers from other countries can not return their artworks after their purchase. Please note we do not offer any refunds for artworks purchased in one of our time-limited special offers.

What is a limited edition print?A limited edition print comes from an edition with a predetermined, finite quantity. For example, a limited edition of 50 means only 50 prints will ever be created in this edition. Our limited editions are delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity that is hand signed and numbered (e.g. 1/50) by the artist. Additionally, the artist will hand sign and number the print itself.

How does 5 Pieces Gallery find the artists who show their work in the gallery?We currently show the work of nearly one hundred international artists and are constantly adding new artists, so we can offer a broad and fresh collection of fine art. Our director and art consultants regularly review the work of upcoming artists, in addition to going out in museums, galleries and to art fairs.

Shipping
Where do you ship your items to?We can ship almost anywhere in the world via national postal offices and different couriers such as Federal Express, DHL, EMS and more. All artworks are shipped directly from the artist.
How do you ship the artworks?All artworks are well packaged with the utmost care and most professional services available, to minimize the risk of damage during shipping and delivery. We ship the artworks mostly with the Priority service of the national postal offices or couriers. Please contact us right after your order if you would like to receive an Express shipment to discuss possible additional costs.
Can my artwork be shipped flat?Yes, if you wish your artwork to be sent flat, we will do that of course.
Can you arrange shipping insurance?Insurance for all original artworks will be arranged for by the dispatch company. These costs have already been included in the grand total.
How long will my artwork take to arrive?It depends on each work, but it usually takes anywhere 3-8 working days for domestic shipments. In case the artwork is being shipped to another country it would take approximately 5-10 working days to arrive at most destinations. In case the delivery is in Asia, Africa, South America or Australia, it would take approximately 10-20 working days. Please note some works require printing and signing after we receive your order, which can take additionally some working days.
What if the artwork gets damaged during shipping?In the rare case that the artwork gets damaged in the shipment process, contact us immediately or within 14 days after the work reaches your address. We will guide you through your options. These may include replacing the damaged work (in the case of multiple editions) or providing a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for work that has arrived damaged if you have not contacted us within 14 days of receiving your order. We suggest that customers inspect their artwork as soon as possible after they receive it.
