If you wish to return an artwork, simply send us a message by email before you send out the artwork well-packed back to the address of the artist. Please note that return shipping costs are on your side. We will notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned artwork. You should expect to receive your refund within thirty days of giving your package to the return shipper, however in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly.
