Order Process
Orders will only be accepted from persons over the age of 18. If you are under 18, please ask an adult to make the sale on your behalf. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. If any goods ordered are not available at the moment, you will be notified by email and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order. In this case we will refund the total amount of your order to your PayPal account. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email and postal address so that we can contact you if necessary. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time prior to our confirmation email.
We try to keep information regarding stock availability on the website up to date, but we do not guarantee that stock will be available at all times. All product descriptions are approximate and not static. We reserve the right to change any services, product prices, product specifications and availability any time. In the unlikely event that the price or description of an item or service has been incorrectly advertised, we will contact you by email or post to ask whether you wish to proceed with your order with the correct price or description. If you are not willing to proceed, or we are unable to obtain your instructions, we will cancel the order and we will refund the total amount of your order to your PayPal account.
We will send you a confirmation email of your order to your email address once we have received your order. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been paid for and delivered to you.
Shipping
We ship all artworks well packed and safe and secure with insurance. We can ship to any address in the world. Customers from Asia, Africa and South America might be charged for additional shipping costs. The shipping costs include all packaging supplies and shipping costs as well as insurance and we make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. However the shipping costs can vary substantially depending on the size of the work and the location of the customer, you can see the definite shipping costs for each item by adding it to the cart. Please note that all artworks will be shipped unframed unless otherwise stated in the product description.
To keep the shipping costs as low as possible most of the prints will be shipped from the location of the artist. Most original works will also be sent directly by the artist. Please note that any additional taxes, customs duties or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws are your responsibility. If you fail to provide us with your correct and full address you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Expect all orders to be shipped within 3-10 working days from the time they are placed, however most packages go out more quickly. Please note we use priority shipments to keep shipping costs as low as possible. If you would like to receive your shipment faster, and don't mind paying more, please leave a note in your PayPal payment and we will arrange express shipping for you.
Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your artwork, you may return any new item within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund or replacement if the artwork is still in mint condition. If you wish to return an item, simply send a message by email before you send out the artwork well-packed back to our address. Please note that return shipping costs are on your side. Shipping costs over $50 will not be refunded. We will notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. Please note we do not offer any refunds for items purchased in one of our time-limited special offers. Our return policy as well as our 100% money back guarantee is only valid for Europe and North America. Customers from other countries can not return their artworks after their purchase.
Please note that goods must be removed carefully from the packaging as we accept no liability for any damage incurred to the artwork by the customer. All items are packaged before sending with the utmost care and attention; any artwork not in mint condition will not be dispatched. The 5 Pieces Gallery reserves the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
Payment
This store uses the safe and secure payment method PayPal and accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as PayPal account balances for payments. Even though all prices are in US dollars, you can pay in every currency PayPal accepts.
PayPal (www.paypal.com) automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available), so we can’t see your credit card information. By placing an order, you, the buyer, consent to payment being charged to your debit/credit card account via PayPal as provided. Afterwards we will send you a confirmation email of your order to your email address.

We do not receive any credit card or bank information. - We use your email address to keep you informed of new stock and changes to our website. This Website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction. Place of fulfillment and exclusive jurisdiction is San Francisco, California, USA. California law controls the entire legal and contractual relationship between the 5 Pieces Gallery and the customer.
